Every obligation.
Nothing missed.
The EU AI Act has been in force since August 2024. These are the obligations your company needs to address right now.
AI literacy training
Every person who works with AI systems must have documented AI literacy training. Records must exist and be producible on request.
Internal AI usage policy
A written policy governing approved AI tools, data rules, prohibited uses, and incident reporting. Required under Article 4.
Risk classification
A documented assessment of your AI systems' risk tier with reasoning traceable to specific articles.
Transparency notices
If your product includes AI that interacts with users, you must disclose that users are interacting with AI. Required from August 2026.
Deployer role analysis
If you call third-party AI APIs, you are a deployer under Article 3(4). Your obligations under Article 25 must be documented.
Regulatory monitoring
Daanaa monitors every publication from the EU AI Office and alerts you when something affects your specific classification.
